We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Art team at 560 Marjorie Street, Winnipeg, MB.

We're seeking a talented and detail oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sports design, apparel graphics, display materials, and large-format printing. You will collaborate with our creative and production teams to create high-quality artwork that meets brand standards and client expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design high quality graphics for sports apparel, merchandise, displays, and large-format print materials.
• Prepare and optimize artwork files for production and printing, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and proper formatting.
• Interpret design briefs and develop visually compelling concepts.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and production specifications.
• Update and revise artwork based on internal and client feedback.
• Stay current with design trends, printing methods, and industry best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in sports, apparel, or print production industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of large format printing requirements, resolution, color profiles, and scaling.
• Experience creating sports-related artwork, apparel graphics, or display materials.
• Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio of previous work is required and should demonstrate relevant design experience and capabilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience designing banners, signage, and retail display layouts.
• Knowledge of print production workflows.
• Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., InDesign).
